Position Overview

We are seeking an ERP Specialist to support and enhance SAP systems across the supply chain function. This role involves managing SAP Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) parameters, ensuring data integrity, and troubleshooting system issues. Key Responsibilities

ERP System Management:

• Maintain, govern, and ensure the accuracy of SAP Material Master Data for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
• Oversee the integrity of SAP MM/PP modules, ensuring seamless integration with other modules such as SD, WM, and QM.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within SAP MM/PP modules, collaborating with IT teams for configuration and resolution.

Data Integrity and Governance:

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of SAP data, including Bills of Materials (BOM), resources, recipes, and production versions for all product categories.
• Support users in maintaining and uploading master data while ensuring data quality and compliance.

Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, the Process Engineer will provide technical guidance on packaging-related customer complaints, deviations and investigations, as well as develop and participates in continuous process improvement activities to enhance packaging performance metrics. In collaboration with functional groups, will support the introduction of new products/market to the packaging operation as well as qualify new components and equipment capabilities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Critical responsibilities but not limited to:

• Investigating packaging customer complaints and authoring customer complaint reports
• Supports routine supply manufacture by providing on going technical support and implementing opportunities for improvement utilizing the lean six sigma tools.
• Support new product introductions to the site by assisting with machinability and qualification activities and training of technicians as required.
