Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order management.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of raw materials and supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
• Handle accounts-related tasks such as invoice verification, payment processing, and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate procurement and accounts records using inventory management and accounting software.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet operational needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement and accounts (minimum 2 years).
• Familiarity with inventory management and accounting software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Production Engineers in managing a production team that includes:

• Resources are used efficiently.
• Co-ordinating between other teams like Planning, Quality Control and other departments
• Ensure all the works to be carried out in a safe manner with proper methods, tools etc.
• Ensure production and safety SOP are being followed correctly.
• Meet customer’s requirements that include:
• Delivery Schedules
• Documentation
• Quality
• Safety

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from recognised University.

2. Ability to work independently.

3. Ability to adhere to schedule and keep proper records.

4. Strong teamwork spirit, proactive & good communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical and other related drawings from design drafts
• Prepare 2D & 3D shop and as-built drawings
• Prepare draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submissions and construction purposes
• Coordinate with project team and external stakeholders on tender and construction drawings

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
• Candidates who possess basic knowledge in Revit and Navisworks will have an added advantage

Job Description

• Transport and deliver the products in a professional, safe, efficient, timely, and legal manner.
• Confirm customer order accuracy, including loading and unloading trucks, recording inventory, and managing deliveries.
• Safe driving of loaded and empty tanker trucks of various sizes, makes/models, and configurations.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain records required by company, customers, and all local Laws & Regulations stipulated by local governmental agencies.

Job Requirements

• Applicants should possessed valid Class 4 license
• Applicants should have experience driving Trailer and/or Rigid Trucks
• Applicants will have to undergo 1.5 - 2 months of training

Working hours:

6 days work 7am to 7pm (1 off day as per schedule)

Safety bonus up to $1200 every 4 months

Be Part of Our Success

• Managing calendar of Line of Business General Manager
• Serves as the contact point between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange and confirm meeting details, including agendas, attendees
• Record accurate and concise meeting minutes capturing key discussions, decisions and key action items
• Handle travel requests and claims submission for LOB GM, coordinating flight reservations and accommodations
• Ensure all travel arrangements are made efficiently and in compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
• Lead and manage a team of Executive admins supporting business units within Line of Business
• Maintain high confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information, documents and discussion
• Work with the team to organize and co-ordinate Line of Business engagement activities/events
• Provide miscellaneous support as needed, and other adhoc tasks
