Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Ensures alignment with the Project Management team on Project contract administration needs, objectives and requirements.
• Ensures the project team understands and utilizes the contracts properly.
• Advises the Project Management Team, Procurement Manager and Subcontracts Manager of company on aspects of Project execution which deviates from contract requirements.

• Supports in negotiations of claims, variations, changes and disputes with contractors in collaboration with Project Management, Legal Department and others as required.

• Liaises with project team, participate to meetings, examine drafts, revise and file all correspondence having a contractual relevance exchanged during project execution with clients, vendors, subcontractors and authorities.
• Attends meetings to assess progress on projects which are in motion, and take detailed notes to share with stakeholders
• Negotiates contract terms and conditions with each relevant stakeholders – customer, vendor/subcontractor, analyzing potential risks involved with certain contract agreements and helping Company and Project Management Team better understand the information outlined in the contracts.
• Evaluates supplier/subcontractor claims entitlement and variation order under the contract requirements.
• Supports negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes and resolve disputes or conflict resolution with Contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related disciplines, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply.

Duties

i. Case Management

a) Conduct regular assessment of mothers and children enrolled in KidSTART using assessment tools

b) Develop child-centric case plan for each child identified with moderate/high needs according to the KidSTART protocol for follow ups

c) Monitor and track attendance at preschools and address any barriers to attendance (which may require engaging parents via home visits, at pick-up/ drop-off timings at preschools, or other parent engagement platforms organised by preschool)

d) Attend and convene case conferences, where necessary, with preschool teachers and principals, KidSTART MDT, and other agencies (e.g. Social Service Offices, Family Service Centres, etc.) to coordinate support for children and their families at a systemic and case level (e.g. ComLink)

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise board meetings and ensure relevant documents are distributed to the Directors and Stakeholders.
• Liaising with the Board of Directors & Stakeholders on meetings and announcements.
• Managing and drafting of all corporate confidential documents, inclusive legal agreements, engagement contracts, ACRA filing, meeting minutes, board resolutions, annual report. Meeting presentation deck.
• Compile and close monitoring of all statutory licences for the company.
• Support both the CEO & President on all administrative task and to follow thru with the relevant stakeholders timely.
• Managing the CEO & President’s calendar and to make travel plan, booking and meeting event appointment appropriately.
• Organized and co-ordinate on any company events when required.
• Arrange, co-ordinate and as the point of contact for visitors and statutory agencies visiting to site, inclusive receiving and networking with them.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Discretion with sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with handling budgets or financial reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Design and program automated test scenarios according to test plan with its acceptance criteria

· Manage and maintain end to end automated test framework such as prepare test environment, test data, update functional testing scripts in accordance with changing requirements

· Work with QC project leader to identify, propose, prioritize and implement test automations.

· Work with test engineers to troubleshoot observed issue, determine root cause and identify solutions

· Contribute towards continuous improvement of testing practices/tools to improve test strategy and efficiency

· Help to ensure every release happens in a timely manner with a high level of quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other equivalent degree/experience

· Strong python scripting skill and C++ programming background

· Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese ( Required to liaise with Tawiwan colleagues)

· Able to work well both independently as well as in a team

(a) Processing of sales orders in a prompt manner

(b) Issuing sales invoice and credit note

(c) Account for deliveries, resolve undelivered orders and stocks returned

(d) List and expand the products and offers onto e-commerce platforms

(e) Monthly analysis of e-commerce metrics in terms of service level, response rate and present recommendations to improve ratings

(f) Identify competitors and monitor their pricing and activities

(g) Overall liaison with respective e-commerce platform representatives

(h) Assist in the management of E-commerce warehouse assistants

(i) Assist in the management of sales admins

(j) Maintain and compile monthly reports

(k) Identify new products that add on offer

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Define the architecture and design specification for in house video encoder and decoder, according to market requirement.

· Make assessment of the video encoder quality, either in house design or licensed IP.

· Work with IC design team to resolve the issues during design phase.

· Create test plan for the video encoder and decoder and qualify the design.

· Work with software team to develop the driver for the video encoder and decoder.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering with IC design background

· Familiar with video compression technology, such as MPEG4, H264, H265, MPEG5, etc.

· Familiar with video quality assessment.

· Familiar with video encoding algorithm and video decoding compliance test.

· Familiar with architecture of video encoder and decoder RTL design.

· Knowledge in video/image pre and post processing is an advantage.

· Work on SoC integration; system block development, e.g., power management, clock/reset, system register, test control, PinMux, etc;

· Discussion with synthesis engineer and back-end engineer on design optimization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering with ASIC design experience.

· Knowledge of ASIC design flow

· Experience in RTL coding, RTL and gate-level debug

· Understanding of DFT, timing and power requirements

· Familiar with UNIX/ Linux environment and scripting

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge on mixed-signal design would be an advantage.

· Experience in IP development (either control path intensive or data path intensive)

· Knowledge of timing, DFT and power structure.

· Experience on communication IP and/or video IP development would be advantage.
