What You Will Be Doing

Operational Coordination

• Manage import/export shipments by liaising with customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Arrange deliveries and pickups, working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Documentation & Tracking

• Prepare accurate shipping documentation and maintain detailed records in the system.
• Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and provide status updates to customers.

Cost & Process Management

• Monitor shipping budgets and identify ways to optimize costs.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all completed jobs.

Problem-Solving & Support

• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service quality.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support team operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic understanding of shipping and logistics (training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory.
• Immediate availability and Singaporean citizenship are advantageous.

Job Description:

Order Fulfilment

• Picking, Packing, loading & unloading of goods from racks, shelves, vehicles and containers
• Responsible for receiving, releasing, packing & repacking of goods
• Dispatching goods to logistic team

Inventory Management

• Perform inventory recording & checking
• Verify computations against physical count of stock
• Assist in Stock Take

Ad-Hoc Task

• Support Daily Warehouse Activities
• House Keeping of warehouse & company compound
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Proactive, willing to take initiative
• PC Literate
• Good team player, possess initiative & ability to work independently
• Forklift license would be advantages
• Able to commit OT when required

Other Information:

• 5 days work week (Monday - Friday)
• 08:00am - 17:45pm

Responsibilities:

• Build & maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients and provide quality after-sales service.
• Provides administrative support to sales department
• To follow up on all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary
• Manage the CEO’s calendar
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may assigned

Requirements:

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• ITE or Diploma in business studies, administration, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Singaporean Only
