· To review customer requirements and prepare offers to allocated customer and follow-up offers with customer and keep updated project information

· To finalise and negotiate on contract with customers

· To commit and achieve the order intake budget

· To prepare project schedules

· To maintain existing account and help expand sales network

· Good contact with M&E Contractors & Consultant

- Assist in reviewing and updating Company’s Safety Management System manual and support safety programs/ initiative.

- Assist in preparing and implementing safe work procedure and risk assessment.

- Assist in incident investigation, analysing and determining the root cause of reported incidents.

- Provide support on daily operations relating to Workplace Safety and Fire Safety,

- Conduct daily site recces and inspections with relevant personnel,

- Conduct in-house HSE training and Induction,

- Prepare HSE related reports as assigned,

- Proactive and willing to take up challenges.

- Any other duties as assigned.

- Diploma/Degree in any Engineering field,

- Specialist Diploma in WSH/Advance Certificate in WSH

- Hot-work Safety Assessor Course,

- Confined Space Safety Assessor Course,

- Possess good communication, presentation, MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint),

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Flavor creation projects within SEA.
• Independently lead projects, developing flavors in line with business need and in response to customer brief.
• Proactively work with new ingredients.
• Ability to understand how to adjust a flavour formulation in the direction needed for flavour modifications.
• Work closely with all customers/distributors.
• Lead technical presentations and working sessions with customers.
• Interact with key customers to understand requirements.
• Basic knowledge of raw materials and flavour ingredients with a basic ability to create selected flavour types to deliver flavour performance for customer briefs, processes, research and development needs

Job Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years industry experience in Flavour industries.
• Strong background in organic chemistry, food chemistry, flavour applications.
• Trouble-shooting skills, with strong and discerning sense of smell and taste.
• Passionate for flavour creations and strong ability for problem-solving and complaint resolution.
