Key Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling AR and AP functions like data entry, processing payments and bookkeeping.
• Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, official receipt, commission vouchers, filling, etc.
• Assist in preparing and generating monthly financial statements and supporting documents
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
• Handling the HR related matters, staff claims, etc.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.
• Overall responsible for the efficient operations and cleanliness of workplace.

- At least 2 year floristry experience or completed professional florist training

- Able to commit for minimum 3 days work week
