• Ensures quality check with on sub-contractors on daily basic.
• Ensures good co-ordination and communication between team members, SRM, Engineers and clients.
• Assists with commissioning activities/troubleshooting on site.
• Ensures equipment and vendor package preservation to follow up approved Production planning and control of day to day activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the construction offshore platform industry
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good in planning, organising, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Willing to work late hours and shift work

Responsibilities:

• Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals
• Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality adherence to specifications, performance of sub-contractors.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of site works are carried out.
• Work closely with the Safety Personnel to ensure all construction safety requirements are met and strictly adhere to.
• Work closely with Technical Team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work onsite.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met;
• Liaise with Client’s Representatives, Consultants and/or Contractors engaged on the project and attend regular meetings so as to ensure the progress is on schedule;
• Ensure the work complies with authority regulations & requirements and project deadline is met.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil & Structural Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in construction industry. Working with main contractor experience and Singapore project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good team player & multi-tasking
• Good speaking and writing in both English and Chinese.
