Job Requirement:

• Degree/ Diploma in Naval Architecture/ Civil/ Marine & Offshore/ Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering / Certificate of Competency (Marine Engineer Officer) Class 1 (Motorship), or its equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience for Engineer position, and 6 years of relevant experience for Senior Engineer position
• At least 4 years of relevant experience for Engineer position, and 6 years of relevant experience for Senior Engineer position.

• Leads and manages the system development and support team.
• Ensures the successful implementation and integration of systems built with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Oversees service requests, incident management, problem management, change requests, and projects.
• Collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth operation and compliance with industry regulations.
• Provides technical expertise and guidance to the team.
• Conducts regular performance reviews and provides feedback to team members.
• Stays updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in system development and support.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in making effort and duration estimates based on requirements, design, testing, and implementation, including data mapping and interface, is an added advantage.
