1. • Analyze problems, provide solutions to IT issues, and use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Perform routine updates and system checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Document the workflows into manuals and maintain detailed system and its processes.
• Maintain an inventory of all IT assets and equipment.
• Continuously monitor, maintain and repair the organization's network, such as switches, routers, cabling, etc.
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new systems and its applications.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
• Provide help desk support and training to end-users as needed.
• Updates and publish newsletters or information onto SharePoint Intranet.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role providing IT supports.
• Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles is a plus.
• Technical understanding of IT hardware, software and networking
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: IT Support Specialist, or other relevant certifications can be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
