Campus Operations and Project Management

• Manage operations of Campus Facilities by working with service providers to plan, implement and monitor processes relating to building maintenance, carpark operations and facilities management which include areas in workplace safety, security, incident management, faults rectifications and other day-to-day operations
• Manage and monitor KPIs of outsourced vendors and service providers to ensure that service levels and performance standards are met
• Review, recommend and implement process improvement for daily operations. Also able to recommend and implement corrective measures to prevent future recurrence of incidents

Contract Management, Procurement and Administrative Support

• Manage contracts with vendors or facility service providers including performance management and reviews
• Gather requirements and specifications to request quotations for procurement of goods and services such as repairs and maintenance.
• Evaluate proposals and put up recommendations to management to award qualified vendors for contracts and purchases
• Process invoices and ensure accurate payments are made on time to vendors
• Monitor expenses and propose annual budget for Operating and Capital expenses for facilities and building management

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management with at least 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in managing a building or campus

Our team is seeking a Research Fellow/ Research Associate/ Project Officer with a strong background in civil and geotechnical engineering and expertise in soil mechanics testing. The role involves conducting triaxial tests, soil-water characteristic experiments, field instrumentation monitoring, data analysis, and preparing technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced soil testing, including the construction of soil-water characteristic curves and triaxial testing.
• Conduct field monitoring using advanced instrumentation to evaluate tree-root stability.
• Oversee scheduled field maintenance and site supervision.
• Analyze test results and contribute to technical report preparation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Geotechnics or related field
• Strong academic and practical foundation in geotechnical engineering, with hands-on laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in working with electronic systems, particularly soil sensors, is preferred.
• Experience in experimental testing and field instrumentation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Having capability for data analysis and communication skills with stakeholders
• Familiarity with soil testing and instrumentation

Mandatory Skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of detail shop drawings for project construction
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design changes and model changes
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform
• Able to resolve drawing discrepancies (e.g clashes).
• Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build
• As-built drawing for submission/ handover for project completion to Client.

Requirements

• BIM certificate/diploma will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years of working experience in structural and archi field.
• Proficient in Autocad
• Good understanding of the Singapore Construction Industry regulations and proficient with latest Singapore BIM Guidelines
