• To monitor the sub-contractor QC's checks and NDT checks shall happen as per project specification.
• To conduct internal audit and ensure the subcontractor's documents are latest.
• To send the progress status to Project engineer weekly or send to planning department for the Progress.
• To ensure all shop fabricated items shall be followed by release note system.
  To ensure the display board with relevant & latest WPS at all time in the Shop or Erection sites.
• To Ensure electrode store equipment's that all are calibrated/ monitor and supervise of the electrode store man / monitor and keep a record of daily consumables of electrodes / FCAW wires / SAW wires / Gouging carbons & sufficient available stock.
• To monitor gas consumption and notify to stores department to raise Nsi as and when required.
• To attend Tool box meeting in time particularly in the weekend and nightshift and hand over the activities with return forms.
• To Monitor the day hift and night shift Progress and allocate the jobs unden his sub ordinates.

Job Requirement

• 5 -7 years of experience
• Good computer knowledge
• Day & Night shift with extendable working hours
• Good experience in EPC Projects for Oil & Gas, offshore Renewables & System

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ sales experience in the construction industry preferred
• Must possess own car/ motorcycle

· Installation and configuration of office broadband, firewalls, servers, routers, and workstations, as well as office relocation

· Server and Storage Consolidation, Data Protection and Retention

· Virtualization and Cloud Computing Solutions. Inventory control of laptops and licenses and maintain serial numbers.

· To initiate approval and asset write-offs for IT equipment.

· Monitoring, assigning, and purchase requisition laptops and licenses.

· Evaluate the various PCs and laptops' performance and support levels, and make any required recommendations for future purchases.

· Assist with technical and help desk issues.

· Setup a Virtual Private Network (VPN).

· End-user support (Remote Access, Teamviewer support)

· Conduct an internal compliance audit on a regular basis to prevent illegal software and program downloads.

· Coordination of IT Compliance and Audits

· Review and improve company IT Policy

· Drive Security Awareness

· Keep laptops in good working order for troubleshooting, security, and other purposes.

· Responsible for cybersecurity of our system

Requirement:

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and /or with IT-related discipline in relevant professional certifications.

· Minimum of three years' experience working in an IT security-related capacity, with a thorough awareness of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
