Job Description
· Manage the contractual issues of all the ongoing projects.
· To prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities material quantity and take off.
· Conduct comparison, conduct cost analysis, negotiation, and awarding of contracts to sub-contractors.
· Preparation of final accounts, variation submission and monthly progress claim.
· Coordination on Sub-contract Invoice Certification, Payment Certification, and payments
· Manage document control and distribution of drawings, specifications, and other relevant technical documents.
· Evaluate the list of bidders for projects.
· Ensure indemnity / warranty and other contractual obligations.
· Review any contractual dispute between company with subcontractors, vendors, and staff, and recommend action to be taken to resolve such matters.
· Review all internal contractual documents before they are being issued to third party.
Job Requirement
· At least Bachelor’s degree in a Construction-related field.
· At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
