Key Competencies

Qualification:

· NITEC/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer-related or equivalent discipline.

· Candidates without prior working experience are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.

· Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.

Job Description

• Take lead role as trainer for Surveillance security training courses.
• Provide technical training to customers and end users at our Training Centres and other sites as necessary in support of Security Products business needs.
• Responsible for managing of training facilities and equipment.
• Review training material to ensure that they are up to date with the latest development and assist to design of training programs or materials.
• Manage proper documentation for training requirements to ensure compliance with policies for auditing purposes.
• Industrial attachments with our Partners, so to stay relevance and current when conducting Training

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in M&E or relevant industry.
• With at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the surveillance security CCTV industry, technical training experience or combined training/customer service experience.
• ACTA or ACLP certified required
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Security
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English are required; present professional and easily understood technical topics to groups.
• Location is at Shan Road
• 5 days work week, require to work on Saturday (Half Day) when necessary

Responsibilities

A shore-based professional who assumes responsibility for the safety of fleet vessels and quality of company services

- Acts as a crucial link between the vessel and shore-based management, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company policies.

- Acts as pivotal role in promoting a safety culture and monitoring the implementation of safety procedures onboard.

CAPTAIN, CHIEF ENGINNER with Sea Going experience

Port captain's main role is to ensure safe operations of the vessels and that all international marine requirements are followed. Assists in the implementation and upkeep of the Safety Management System, TMSA & ETC

Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition
Conduct building inspections and identify needed repairs
Document repairs and maintain thorough records
Cut, shape, and alter materials as needed
Build doors, cabinets, and windows
Measure and mark materials for alterations
