Job Description:

• Handle General Ledger, Monthly and Year End Closing
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set accounts
• Responsible for month/year end financial and management reports
• Prepare fixed assets schedules and bank reconciliation
• Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliation, and confirmation
• Review the work of Accounts Assistants to ensure the accuracy of daily sales revenue and expenses
• Prepare and submit of quarterly GST returns
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary for statutory filings and relevant documetation
• Assisting any ad-hoc activities assigned in relation to the operation of the business
• Fully responsible for monthly AR and ensure customers’ payment on time
• Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
• Assist in the implementation of internal controls. i.e., Process and Compliances to group's requirements and policies
• Assist Inventory management, e.g.: Stock take, Monitoring and prepare monthly expiry stock report
• Do credit review for new customers and update their profile in system regularly
• Create payment advise in bank system
• Prepare and send E-Statement and collect payment
• Prepare and submit tax computation including GST
• Prepare audit schedules including drafting financial statements for year-end audit
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecast – Analyze data to operations team – Monitor daily cash flow
• Liaise with software consultant in relation to the system improvement / customization reports as required and involving in system troubleshoot

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a similar field of study
• Diploma in Accounting
• Experience with accounting system, Odoo is an advantage
• Advanced MS Office Skills with strong Excel proficiency

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Perform various activities and tasks required in the tablet coating production areas.
• Operate all relevant equipment, clean, assemble and maintain the cleanliness of the equipment.
• Perform and maintain the documentation of operations in accordance with cGMP requirement.
• Operate the equipment appropriately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure / batch document.
• Perform online monitoring of in process parameters / checks throughout the batch.
• Complete all relevant records and other documentation required for tablet coating, maintenance and cleaning of equipment in the work area.
• Perform all activities in accordance with cGMP.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work area to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Perform all other relevant duties required to meet the schedule.
• Check relevant material and product details against batch document
• Co-ordination with Engineering for break down rectification of coating and related solution mixing equipment.
• Involve in equipment / process qualification.
• Participate in investigation of process deviation, cGMP and all other compliance related matters, where applicable.
• Ensure compliance to GxP / Safety / Quality policies.

REQUIREMENT

• Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP.
• Experience in tablet coating of oral solid dosage manufacturing is preferred.
• A good team player with positive learning attitude.
• Willing to work in Tuas area, in cleanroom environment with full gowning.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum GCE 'O' level or NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Biotechnology /Biomedical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant disciplines
• With 2-5 years of manufacturing experience in Pharmaceutical or related industries.

As a Lead Scientist you will be joining Cell Culture Development team within the Development Services in Lonza Singapore. This group is responsible for the development and characterization of manufacturing processes used for the production of novel therapeutic recombinant proteins for Lonza’s global client base. The purpose of this role is to execute process development and process characterization activities (BLA studies) and to provide technical expertise to support troubleshooting activities at both laboratory and manufacturing scale.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to Process Validation / Process Characterization activities by supervise and/or supporting laboratory scale studies, employing QbD concepts and DoE methodologies.
• Data analysis and interpretation to define critical process parameters and operational ranges. The use of statistical software will be required for Process Validation/ Characterization activities.
• Acting as a cell culture SME in process risk assessment, e.g. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Deliver high quality communication to ensure an outstanding customer experience (written documents, technical justifications, telecons, face to face meetings).
• Working as part of a site and global project team, co-ordinate multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of project work stages.
• Cell culture activities include scale down model qualification, primary harvest, process parameter screening, NOR&PAR finding, defining control strategies using shake flasks, bench scale (10L) bioreactors, depth filters, robotic bioreactor system (Ambr250), and etc.
• To supervise hands-on laboratory work in the cell culture process development team contributing to the development of processes suitable for technology transfer to the cGMP manufacturing teams. An understanding of cGMP manufacturing facility constraints and their impact on development activities will be developed.

Key requirements:

• Degree/PhD in a relevant Science field or Equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years' work experience in relevant field or PhD with 4 years postdoctoral experience.
• Understanding of theory and application of mammalian cell culture. Practical laboratory experience in robotic bioreactor system operation is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of cGMP regulations and prior experience in the use of statistical software or good statistical knowledge will be advantageous.
• Prior experience in facility fit assessment, process risk assessment, or good QbD knowledge will be advantageous.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills, good communication skills (verbal and written) good technical writing skills and good team working skills required.
