Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

• To work with the Qualified Person (QP) to develop structural scheme for structures and buildings.
• To carry out engineering analysis to assess the stability and load to be sustained by the structures.
• To carry out engineering design in according with Eurocodes or relevant international design codes.
• To prepare submission to authorities for approval of design.
• Provide technical advice to team members/colleagues in supporting or leading role and embrace a culture that values teamwork
• To attend project meetings with Client, Project Manager and Consultants from other disciplines.
• To attend site progress meetings and reply to technical queries.
• To lead junior engineer in delivering design and seek clearance for all relevant parties and authorities
• To conduct supervision & contract administration when required

Key Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with design of multi-storey/high-rise building from a local engineering consulting environment will be an advantage.
• Those registered as Professional Engineer with PEB and/or have more relevant working experience will be considered for senior role.
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures.
• Competent user of relevant engineering software.
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.
• Able to interact and work with colleagues and member of other consultants at various levels.

Purpose: Responsible for the daily operations in the Warehouse and Shipping Department. This includes the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, from and to suppliers, internal departments, and customers. Thereto the Manager W&L has to manage staffing level based on workload, staff to be recruited and trained according to Company and warehouse processes.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Daily supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and efficiency.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in a low volume, high mix environment.
• Strong understanding warehouse processes, including use of ERP / WMS systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity due to continuous variations in operational requirements.
• Effective communication skills with all organizational levels and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.
