JOB SUMMARY

Responsible with all daily accounts receivable transactions up to monthly reports & costing related functions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operations in accounting

- Ensure all invoices are accurately input into SAP, and are supported by the relevant approved documents

- Liaise with customer on any AR invoice discrepancies and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

- Prepare timely monthly AR Aging report to Corporate Finance with explanations on outstanding AR balances

- Prepare weekly AR report & sales report to management review

- Execute OMIS system (In-house costing system), provide related report monthly

- Perform cost roll in SAP on monthly basis

- Half-yearly stock-take preparation and arrangement.

- Support external audits when required

- Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana will be an added advantage

- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification, with working knowledge of Singapore FRS / IFRS standards.

2. Good organization and time management skills

Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with GTO Retail & Channels T&O (GRCTO) teams to identify the pipeline of new initiatives and project notations2. Organize and track the pipeline, capturing data on readiness for approval and other relevant data3. Ensure there is an aligned pipeline view across GRCTO and GTO COO Office4. Maintain and update GRCTO projects approval data and dashboard5. Partner with GTO COO Office and Delivery Teams to organize and track in-flight projects6. Prepare the weekly Management dashboard for projects – Pipeline, In-Flight Projects and Projects Target Delivery view7. Prepare the agenda and partner GRCTO teams for content for the weekly Pipeline Deck Review cadence8. Organize the provision of the current pipeline decks for review by the GRCTO leadership9. Support the Pipeline education & training needs for the GRCTO teams10. Understand the Projects Data Reconciliation (timesheets, investment amounts etc), Project Quality & Process Adherence checks/reports, and prepare the action dashboard for GRCTO teams11. Support special initiatives, management and governance forums & workshops that may arise

Qualifications and Skills Required· Bachelor’s Degree, with demonstrated working experience in a similar role in Financial Services· Solid organizational skills including a methodical approach to planning & process, attention to detail and accuracy· Good sense of risk & issue management, and escalation management· Able to produce structured and effective presentations· Proficient in creating presentations using the Microsoft suite of software· Able to handle multiple priorities, maintain standards and deliver with quality under tight timeframes & pressure· Highly self-motivated, autonomous & pro-active, and a collaborator & team-player with flexibility to take on special initiatives that may arise· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Comfortable with engaging senior management

• Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles, has diagnostic capability and able to perform major repair on engine and transmission
• Ensure high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet workshop’s service standards and according to job order.
• Notify Team Leader of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts recommendation.
• Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced.
• Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to safety, orderliness and etc.
• To ensure overall customer satisfaction with Company’s Aftersales service
• Diligent recording of all info in service report (mileage, parts list, fault codes, etc)
• Carry out recall /warranty job as documented by MAN
• Ensure 5S compliance
• Other functions as required by superior

Requirements:

• Academic qualification: At least Higher Nitec in Automotive Technology or equivalent
• Competent in basic English (verbal & written)
• At least 3 Years and above of experience in performing automotive service repair.
• Posses of Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage
• 6 Days work (Monday-Saturday)
• Working Hour (7:30am -5:15pm)

• Responsible for production scheduling, working orders and recordings.

Requirements

• Candidate possess ITE or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering, Chemical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of outdoor sales experience in related technical field
• Resourceful, self motivated
• Added advantage if you have experience in fluid control related industrial products
• Required Skill(s): outlook, powerpoint , excel, CRM
