Job Description
Assist in full spectrum of HR functions which includes the following:
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Full cycle of payroll management including employees’ data input into system, pay computation, bank transmission, CPF submission, IR8A submission, IR21 submission.
- Analysis of employees’ attendance management.
- Compile overtime calculations, monthly variable bonus calculations.
- Process employees’ expenses / insurance claims.
Talent Acquisition
- Screen, select suitable candidates
- Arrange interview appointment
- Issue letter of offer
- Assist in work pass application and cancellation
Employee Relations
- Counsel employees for performance improvement
- Manage grievance / disciplinary matters for corrective actions
Learning & Development
- Conduct new employee on-boarding orientation
- Train and re-train employees for compliance to Company policies & procedures
- Basic digital HR training on leave application
- Update training material and maintain training SOPs
Performance Management
- Assist to administer full cycle of performance management
HR Reports (Internal & Statutory)
- Assist in monthly HR statistical reports
- Computation / submission of quarterly MOM Labour Statistics Report
Operations Compliance
- Assist to cover duty for company’s call centre department.
- Ad hoc duty : Assist to conduct compliance and CCTV audit checks of outlets remotely to ensure Recovery, Disciplinary, Retraining and Compliance (RDRC) ; daily CCTV audit check of restaurant operations, identify and report to management for major hygiene or SOP lapses.
Requirements:
Diploma in HR management or its equivalent
At least 2 years of HR administration experience preferable with payroll experience
Fresh HR graduates who aspire to grow in HR career are welcome to apply as training and coaching will be provided by HR Manager
Candidates must have the attributes of learning spirit, meticulous, numerically strong, analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, self-motivated, independent, effectively bilingual in English and Chinese for purpose of communicating to outlet operation staff
