• Provide feedback to AM/PM if there are changes for the next course of action.
• Assist the finance team with invoice disputes or any issues related to Sales Orders (S/O) such as GST code and credit notes.
• Maintain a proper and systematic filing system for Customer PO, PRF forms.
• Act as the focal person to acknowledge and process new/revised PO from customers.
• Highlight discrepancies found in PO to Account Manager and execute the next step of action as advised.
• Initiate repair RMA# requests and support customer OOR and Baan match-up.
• Access and download the Open Order Report (OOR) from the portal to compare with Baan Commit Delivery Date to check for differences.
• Perform general administration in Order Management.
• Support and participate in the company's continuous improvement program.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a high-mix, low-volume environment or semiconductor industry.
• Positive attitude and independent with high ownership of responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Baan ERP & Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Maintain and update the company’s network infrastructure and adhere to the parameters & static address tables according to the One-ETG standard.
• Trouble-shoot and resolve all IT-related technical issues and prevent re-occurrences.
• Ensure security and proper access control of all IT systems, networks and data, so that they are free from malware, spyware, hacking, illegal software and unauthorized access.
• Create regular backups of all relevant company data and store it safely, to ensure Business Continuity, in case of systems and/or network outage.
• Research and benchmark new developments in the IT industry, and propose improvements to business processes to save costs and drive for better efficiency and productivity.
• Source, communicate and manage external parties or service providers that provide service support and maintenance to operational IT matters.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Degree in Computer Science/Electrical and Electronic Engineering or other relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of working as a system support engineer in the semiconductor industry or other similar roles.
