Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following scope of tasks and duties:

1. Carry out all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as directed by the Supervisor and clear completed work from the CMMS data base.
2. Responsible for the proper maintenance on various rotating and static equipment and systems including the plant piping systems and structural support systems.
3. Response and resolve work orders for any mal-functioning for static and rotating equipment in the facility. Ensure minimum down time or timely repairs of production equipment.
4. Determine materials, spares, tools and method required to complete maintenance task safely.
5. Plan and execute machinery condition monitoring and field data collection with production team and engineers.
6. Ensure all plant valves are fully operational and all mechanical components properly grease and lubricated where applicable, including carry out, strip, redress and rebuild of various types of control and plant valves.
7. Supervise and work closely with in-house contractor and equipment vendor to execute maintenance work at the terminal. Ensure safeguards are followed such as valid work permit are issued, wearing prescribed personal protection equipment etc.
8. Liaise with production team with all aspects of mechanical system testing, running, trouble-shooting, carry out material specification checks on all installed piping components such as gasket, bolts, etc.
9. Able to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
10. Able to perform valve line up & LOTO for operations or maintenance preparations.
11. The incumbent shall be part of the Company's Emergency Response Team(CERT) and perform any assigned roles and responsibilities (ie fire fighter etc) for such purposes.

Work Experience

1. Minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the oil and petrochemical refinery.
2. Experience in hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical/ machinery systems i.e compressor/pump and diesel/gas engine.

Job Description

• Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders
• Answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints
• Provide information to customers and service providers
• Verify data and entry into the system

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Project manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operation of the projects.
• To support Site Project Manager in managing day-to-day clients’ interactions and expectations for optimal results
• To support Site Project Manager to collaborate with peers, liaise with trade contractors, clients and consultants and ensure timely delivery of quality services.
• To prepare and submit method of statement, sketches, site record and other technical submissions in a timely manner.
• To prepare Inspection and Test Plan, user manuals, drawings and conduct inspection and check on works performed.
• Check the drawings discrepancies and conduct field verification, and submit technical clarification to the clients and consultants.
• Ensure updated drawings including shop drawings are used by the site team in a timely manner.
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports and presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
• Perform any other tasks as and when required so as to meet project milestones

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant with at least 3 years working experience
• Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
• Hands-on experience in security system configuration, System Networking and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
• Willing to take ownership and Pro-active in Problem solving
• Must be a team player and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service and business orientated with good initiative and adaptability
• Required to perform standby duties whenever required
• Driving License – Preferably if candidate possesses its own vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Key-in of all pre-alerts received. (Mawb, BL, Courier waybills and Care-off parties D.O) into Excel list and LMS Software.
• Print all shipment labels.
• Key-in of all received shipments (Update into Excel list and LMS Software).
• Filing all documents into vessel file accordingly.
• Checking / Planning / Prepare / Print of next-day deliveries to the vessel.
• Prepare packing lists for packing.
• Prepare landing permit for boarding officer use.
• Packing / Checking (with the assistance of warehouse staff)
• Ensure all packed shipments are labeled and take photos for proof.
• Updating location details into the Warehouse loading sheet.
• Ensure safe keeping/housekeeping after packing.
• Liaise with all Care-Off parties meeting at the barge terminal. (Loading Details) take out
• Handover next day deliveries files to operations by 1630hrs (daily)
• Assist Logistics Manager for all Outgoing shipments
• Prepare and dispatch courier services shipments.
• Updating Daily Portnet vessel schedule.
• Print GST Permits for submission to Accounts Dept.
• Shipping Advice for all export shipments
• D.O sorting / Handlin petty cash collection from C/O party
• Calling / Receiving Calls from Care-off parties (24hrs)

Requirements:

• Minimum N level / ITC cert
• Minimum 2 years of admin work experience in Logistics
• Certified Customs Declarant advantageous
• Good organization and communication skills
• Ability to write and converse well in English
• Good MS Excel skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Ensures alignment with the Project Management team on Project contract administration needs, objectives and requirements.
• Ensures the project team understands and utilizes the contracts properly.
• Advises the Project Management Team, Procurement Manager and Subcontracts Manager of company on aspects of Project execution which deviates from contract requirements.
• Analyses the contract terms and identify areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses
• Provide alternate mitigating contract articles and successfully negotiate with customers with compelling arguments.
• Writes contract letters and other communications and notices.
• Ensures in liaison with the other functions that the required insurance coverage is timely put in place and that required insurance certificates are provided/obtained from vendors and subcontractors.
• Contract administration during project execution, ensuring that all aspects of the contract during the bidding and execution phase are addressed with the objective of contributing to maximise project revenues.
• Manages the change order process from identification to resolution of change: prepare, interfacing with involved functions, and negotiate any claims against or from client and vendors/subcontractors.
• Transfers originals of contractual documents to proper function(s), in accordance with the applicable procedures.
• Ensures that contractual information used by the project team is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manages contract milestone activities, and close-out activities, ensure orderly turnover of Project.
• Checks that milestone completion notices and other documents required for payment meet contractual requirements.
• Liaison with Project Management Team and relevant stakeholders to prepare and timely submission of deliverables under the contract.
• Supports in negotiations of claims, variations, changes and disputes with contractors in collaboration with Project Management, Legal Department and others as required.
• Ensures communication of changes to contracts to all key stakeholders.
• Ensures Procurement/Subcontracting’s contract administration and procurement/subcontracting procedures and processes meet contract requirements.
• Ensures communications between Company and contractors are consistent with terms and conditions in agreements.
• Interfaces with the project team, internal departments and external vendors on matters such as cost, performance, progress assessment, payments, reporting, trends, and change orders.
• Liaises with project team, participate to meetings, examine drafts, revise and file all correspondence having a contractual relevance exchanged during project execution with clients, vendors, subcontractors and authorities.
• Attends meetings to assess progress on projects which are in motion, and take detailed notes to share with stakeholders
• Negotiates contract terms and conditions with each relevant stakeholders – customer, vendor/subcontractor, analyzing potential risks involved with certain contract agreements and helping Company and Project Management Team better understand the information outlined in the contracts.
• Evaluates supplier/subcontractor claims entitlement and variation order under the contract requirements.
• Supports negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes and resolve disputes or conflict resolution with Contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related disciplines, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a contract management role, contract administration role, purchasing or contracting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Exemplifies knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance.
• Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts.
• Ability in negotiating terms and drafting contracts.
• Has strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Able to work productively independently and as part of a team
• Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities
• Previous experience as a project manager, or coordinating large projects is an asset.
• The candidate must also possess strong computer skills and have the ability to work within tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities at one time.
• Experience working in Offshore, Engineering or Construction areas.

Working Hours

· 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday); 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (alternate Saturday)

• Responsible for supervision of fabrication and installation of piping items as per drawings and Clients specifications
• Responsible for planned progress schedule without compromising quality and safety
