• Experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of operators, supervisors and construction site drivers.
• Monitoring performance of sub-contractors and company's employees.
• Allocating sub-contractors, resources, construction materials and other staff.
• Assign various work tasks as required.
• Arrange shift/scheduling of duty roster.
• Handle customers’ complaints, drivers’ and operators’ feedback and problems.
• Coordinate with customers on site requirements and activities.
• Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
• Work with Compliance Officer and other relevant personnel to update the procedures.
• Ensuring smooth delivery of cargoes to customers/site within schedule.
• To schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress & tracking schedules, communicate changes on job status.
• Costs projection and budget measures.

Requirements:

• Min 3 year relevant working experience in the construction industry
• PC literate
• Well organized & able to multi-task
• Capacity to handle pressure.
• Work as Team leader, leading team on project requirements and target achievement

Job Scope:

• Working experience with metal Works
• Able to communicate and meet consultants requirement
• Monitor and control project material delivery in accordance to schedule
• Preparation of detail program for site team to follow accordingly and completion on time
• Manage and monitor site progress
• Any other duties to be assigned

Requirements:

• Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Project Management in residential, government and commercial building projects (preferable in Building metal Work).
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma and/or Degree in Civil Engineering and or related field with relevant experience
