• Stock Display & Maintenance: Ensure proper stock display and adherence to visual merchandising standards, including maintaining the shop’s planogram and POP (point of purchase) materials.
• Reporting and Documentation: Assist in the preparation of operations and inventory reports, including daily target setting and tracking. Report any shortages or damaged items to HQ for resolution.
• Stock-Take Support: Actively participate in supporting stock-take processes to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Store Cleanliness & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Monitor and manage store equipment maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
• Cashiering & Office Supplies: Oversee cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and monitor office and cashier supply sufficiency.
• Team Management & Scheduling: Assist in creating staff rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs. Ensure staff sufficiency during peak periods.

Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of Sub-contractors for all addition and alteration (A&A) work
• Plan, organize, co-ordinate and implement A&A work timely and ensure compliance to all authority and client's requirement
• Liaise with sub-contractor and vendor for quotations and purchase orders
• Evaluate project requirements and generate feasible proposals for work completion
• Liaise with client's appointed officer on all issues related to the A&A and project work
• Preparation and submission of shop drawings, point schedule, materials, write-ups, and other necessary items for approval
• Track and manage project progress and submit progress claims
• Lead, coordinate, and execute testing & commissioning works for A&A works with proper documentation
• Conduct site surveys, attend meetings on-site, evaluate installation progress on-site

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
• At least 1~3 years of working experience in construction or retrofit project in BMS/ACMV/Electrical/ELV
• Good knowledge of Building Services (BMS, ACMV or Electrical or ELV) and project management
