• Complaints Management and Service Recovery: Address both online and offline feedback professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective resolution of any concerns to enhance service quality.
• Staff Roster and Workforce Management: Oversee the creation and management of staff schedules for all clinic outlets. Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained and effectively allocated based on clinic demands.
• Staff Performance Monitoring and Development: Regularly assess and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Deliver training programs and coaching to enhance staff skills and maintain high operational standards.
• Locum Doctor Coordination: Assist anchor doctors in sourcing suitable locum doctors to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations and staffing coverage as required.
• Strategic Planning for Long-Term Growth: Collaborate with management to develop and implement long-term strategies to meet the company’s objectives and goals.
• Optimization of Clinic Operations: Maintain and improve work processes for clinic operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor and enforce safety regulations and industry standards to safeguard patient care and staff wellbeing.
• Implementation of New Programs: Proactively introduce new initiatives and programs to enhance clinic operations as operational needs evolve.
• Continuous Review and Improvement: Regularly assess and review work processes, ensuring that all operational functions are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
• External Relations Management: Maintain open communication with Third Party Administrators (TPAs), CHAS, and other external partners to ensure an effective feedback loop and prompt issue resolution.
• Employee Engagement and Motivation: Foster a positive and supportive work environment by inspiring and motivating employees through recognition, positive encouragement, and incentive-driven initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update directors and key stakeholders on company priorities, projects, and clinic performance to align business goals and expectations.
• Problem Identification and Solution Implementation: Proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks within clinic operations and find innovative solutions to optimize efficiency and drive revenue growth.
• Business Growth and Expansion: Identify opportunities for new business ventures, including sourcing new clinic locations, preparing business proposals, and facilitating submissions to relevant authorities. Engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Project Management: Oversee the full scope of new clinic operations, including planning and ensuring the seamless implementation of new projects.
• Resource Management: Maintain a comprehensive resource library for the establishment of new clinics and other related projects.
• Any other duties, projects or assignments by HOD.

• Flexible and Hands-On: Willing to station frontdesk during peak periods or when additional manpower is needed. Must be available for standby duties as required, including evenings and weekends.
• Educational Qualifications: A Degree in Business, Management or Marketing is required.
• Clinical Management Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical management experience is required. Proven track record in overseeing clinic operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth delivery of healthcare services.
