2. Competent in basic English (verbal & written)

3. Prefers candidates with at least class 3 driving license

4. Prior experience of at least 2 to 3 years in performing automotive service repair (commercial vehicle)

Job Description
♣ Provide admin support to the warehouse operations
♣ Data entry and verify delivery related documents
♣ Checking of invoices

♣ Liaise with vendors and suppliers
♣ Maintain and upkeep filing system & maintenance schedules
♣ Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

♣ Office Hour - 5.5days (Alternate Saturday)

♣ Willing to work at West area

♣ With 1 year of admin experience

♣ Proficient in Ms Office

♣ Able to commence work within short notice

The job responsibilities are including but not limited to the following:

- Overall logistics arrangement of truck movement

- Taking orders from clients

- Managing the repair and maintenance coordination of trucks
