• Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to project team.
• To co-ordinate with Designer/Site Engineers with regards to drawing detail and all other necessary sketch as requested by Client
• To maintain drawing records and reports
• Participate in project meetings whenever required.

• Set up raw materials onto machines

• Report to Manager in the event of non-conformance of components

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Job Descriptions:

• Preparing designated areas for visitor arrivals and liaising with internal stakeholders, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.

• Developing and maintaining brand collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other marketing materials to bolster brand initiatives.

• Curating engaging content for internal portals, the company website, and various social media platforms.
• Creating and overseeing programmes promoting a positive and inclusive work culture, while fostering alignment and engagement among employees.
• Evaluating the success of initiatives using metrics like attendance, engagement levels, lead generation, and feedback, and utilising insights to refine future strategies.
• Providing support in executing other communications and branding activities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Holding a Degree/Diploma with relevant experience in the field.
• Possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building connections across all organisational levels.
• Being self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and highly detail-oriented.
• Being proficient in office administration and adept in event management.
• Experience in graphic design, photography, or video production would be advantageous

This position is based in Kranji Way. Company shuttle bus provided to and from Kranji Mrt.

Lunch shuttle service is also provided to and from different lunch locations.

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 0800 - 1730 hours
