• Prepare quotation to support customer budgetary request
• Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost models

Qualification & Experiences:

• Degree in Engineering/logistics or other relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commodity specialist/supply chain role in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to interpret technical document(i.e.schematic/drawings/BOM/specifications) so as to source for OEM parts (mechanical & electrical)
• Work experience in machining, sheet metals or build to print parts (Cable assy, PCBA & etc) will be an added advantage
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is preferred
• Team player
• Good problem-solving skills
• Meticulous in details
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• Good communication skills
• Ability to analyze and make sense out of data from dashboard
• Excellent people, presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operate polishing equipment to finish metal or other material surfaces.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance on polishing machinery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with setup and calibration of polishing machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

• Experience in a manufacturing or finishing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of machinery maintenance.
