Job Responsibilities

· In charge of full-set accounts (BS& PL)

· Review AP& AR

· Preparation of monthly audit schedules

· Liaise with auditor, tax agents, company secretary & bankers

· Interco reconciliation

· Checking payment vouchers

· XBRL Filing

· Quarterly GST submissions

· Any other tasks

Qualifications

· Certificate/Diploma in Accounting

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the areas of accounting

· Background in construction industries is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Provide timely IT support to all company users, and when necessary, liaise with vendors for support.

· Leveraging technologies to help in improving the organization's efficiencies and productivity.

· Ability to troubleshoot network, hardware, and software problems.

· Company Windows server maintenance.

· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Requirements

· Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure.

· Knowledge in TCP/IP, DHCP, Windows systems, and Windows Server.

· It would be better if there's understanding about smart factory settings such as IoT, MQTT, etc.
