Description

· Technical & Helpdesk Support, IT/Computer - Hardware, IT/Computer Network/System/Database Admin, IT/Computer - Hardware

· Installation and configuration of office broadband, firewalls, servers, routers, and workstations, as well as office relocation

· Server and Storage Consolidation, Data Protection and Retention

· Virtualization and Cloud Computing Solutions. Inventory control of laptops and licenses and maintain serial numbers.

· To initiate approval and asset write-offs for IT equipment.

· Monitoring, assigning, and purchase requisition laptops and licenses.

· Evaluate the various PCs and laptops' performance and support levels, and make any required recommendations for future purchases.

· Assist with technical and help desk issues.

· Setup a Virtual Private Network (VPN).

· End-user support (Remote Access, Teamviewer support)

· Conduct an internal compliance audit on a regular basis to prevent illegal software and program downloads.

· Coordination of IT Compliance and Audits

· Review and improve company IT Policy

· Drive Security Awareness

· Keep laptops in good working order for troubleshooting, security, and other purposes.

· Responsible for cybersecurity of our system

Requirement:

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and /or with IT-related discipline in relevant professional certifications.

· Minimum of three years' experience working in an IT security-related capacity, with a thorough awareness of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Handle partial sets of accounts which includes account payable / receivable / general ledger
• Prepare & Reconcile monthly AR aging reports, Weekly banks Reconciliation
• Inter-company & overseas billing
• To prepare payment voucher and, cheques
• Data entries into accounting system
• Assist in month end closing and daily ad hoc duties
• Assist to prepare monthly schedules
• Assist to prepare audit schedule
• Assist to prepare Fixed Assets Schedules
• Assist to prepare quarterly GST return
• Other task that assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with diploma in accountancy or LCCI equivalent
• Some admin experience
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Accpac window version
• Teachable and meticulous
• Able to start work with short notice
• 5 days working week 8.30am-5.30pm daily
