• A good understanding of cGxPs and compliance in a GxP manufacturing

setting performing both supervised and unsupervised tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Science or technical field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the biopharmaceutical or biologics industry
• Hands-on prior QA Batch Release and SAP experience
• Understand GMP documentation with a high level of proficiency
• Ability to interpret and evaluate data and summarize results independently

Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.

Responsible for the follow-up & execution of all HR related processes e.g. hiring, onboarding, confirmation, resignations, transfers, staff requests etc.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.

Manage both pantry and office supplies

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or shared services.

* A solid grasp of Singapore employment laws and experience with work pass processes.

* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
