Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

Responsibilities

• Receive Customer Order, handle Customer payment and liaise with customer for Shipment confirmation
• Liaise with warehouse and communicate with forwarder for shipment arrangement handling
• Plan shipment for customers and liaise with 5 factories
• Arrange bank negotiation, export declaration, certificate of origin application and document filing
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain and other related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Knowledge on shipping terms, custom declaration, COO application
• Preferably with basic knowledge of shipping arrangement and excel knowledge
• Able to handle ad-hoc task and able ready to contribute idea and experience
• Good learning attitude
• Able to perform over-time when needed
• Able to work under tight timeline

• Handle port operations at PSA such as port clearance, DN, permit, UCI and other related port operations
• Perform physical checking of all vehicles entering the Export Processing Zone (EPZ)
• Assist to manage inventory
• Assist to manage warehouse space for better utilization
• Perform barcode scanning
• Inspect and take photos of all incoming vehicles before they enter storage site (as per requirement by Land Transport Authority (LTA) in operating the EPZ zone) and report to customer service officer if there is damage vehicles
• Shifting and sorting vehicles
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (battery charging, tyre rotation etc)

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school education
• Possess Class 3 license

This is a contract role (12 months) for a Warehouse Assistant located in Pioneer. Our client is Freight forwarding service in Singapore, you will be taking the responsible on for managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations from receiving to dispatch. This includes tasks like checking and storing inbound items, picking and packing outbound orders, and preparing cargo for shipment. They also handle value-added services such as repacking, cleaning, and performing minor maintenance on spare parts. Inventory management is a key part of the role, involving regular cycle counts, stock assessments, and minor rework on pallets or products as needed. Additionally, they ensure all documentation and processes comply with the company’s internal controls and standard operating procedures. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment is essential for this role

Qualifications:

• Possess a Forklift License.
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience.
• Can physically move up to 20kg
• Generally required to walk a lot
• Comfortable in non-aircon environment
