• To perform pre-weld cleaning of part, to clean part and removal of Antirust. To moving, lifting, flipping part and set up part to welding in multiple location and direction. • Understands procedures, work orders, Drawings, set-up sheets and Part Report and follow work instructions to plan the job layout with as few set-ups as possible. Sets-up machine as required using prescribed detail and operating procedures. Inputs labor details into MES System.
• Ability to use material handling equipment to move parts and components to and from work area. Promptly reports any operational problems or safety issues with machinery, tools or equipment to Line Leader. Ability to use basic measuring instruments, gauges and measuring techniques.

Welding Engineer is responsible for developing safe and efficient welding processes and procedures for a variety of materials and products.
