• Analyse industry standards and documentation such as API 6A, 17D, and other specifications. And develop product requirements for new product introduction.
• Create designs for prototypes using required techniques and manufacturing processes
• Analyze and recommend improvements to production processes to enhance cost efficiency and product quality.
• Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products, product changes, and enhancements.
• Identify and resolve issues in manufacturing processes to improve product throughput.
• Manage NPI projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Design testing methods,test product and process capabilities, and establish quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Fresh graduate with strong background in related engineering discipline will also be considered

Main Job duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily data entry
• Answer & directs phone calls
• Respond to email and WhatsApp inquiries
• Liaise with clients
• Handle client accounts
• To operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process customer’s orders for timely and accurate fulfilment
• Evaluate all complete orders to maintain accurate inventory system
• To conduct accurate data entry, for incoming & outgoing stock
• Ensure proper records of client transactions for accurate billing
• Conduct billing for customers
• Scanning & filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
• To highlight to supervisor on any problems encountered in the course of their duties
• Comply with company policies and guidelines
