Roles & Responsibilities

• Sourcing and purchasing of materials or equipment as per RFQ project requirements
• Ensure execution of purchases are in accordance to company polices and quality procedures.
• Conduct sourcing of materials and equipment locally and internationally for operation, production and project requirements in accordance to established policies and procedures.
• Analyse and evaluate quotations from vendors and conduct negotiation, where necessary, to achieve the best overall deal in terms of technical conformance, delivery compliance and commercial considerations
• Ensure proper logistics arrangements for the delivery of goods to meet project schedule and take recovery actions where necessary. To negotiate for the most cost-effective transport by bringing the order.
• Track and expedite orders and provide timely status report for project progress updates.
• Conduct supplier appraisals and audits.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve supply, quality, and service issues with supplier
• Perform vendor evaluation and generating procurement analyse report as when required.
• To involve in logistics works and documentation as assigned.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· At least 2~3 years procurement experience in engineering industry

· Strong math, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

· Team player, meticulous, details-oriented

· Good command of English in both writing and speaking

1. Main Duties and & Responsibilities:

· Prepare full sets of accounts and financial management reports.

· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements.

· Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company’s policies and procedures.

· Ensure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met.

· Ensure all inter-company transactions are timely captured and reconciled.

· Perform GST/VAT/SST submission.

· Responsible for closing of all accounting modules.

· Responsible for day to day Accounts Payable and Receivable duties.

· Update daily cash book.

· Bank reconciliation, cheque preparation and internet banking payment.

· Handle petty cash and process expenses claim.

· Payroll, Compute sales commission and any other payroll-related matters.

· Ensure proper maintenance and filing of documents.

· Follow-up and resolve discrepancies in invoices promptly with internal and external parties.

· Prepare supporting schedules for audit and management purposes.

· Coordinate with all departments and provide administrative support.

2. Requirements:

• Responsible for Hands on repair job and performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) of for production equipment & factory facilities
• Maintain electrical / instrument systems for food production equipment / machines
• Troubleshoot and identify mechanical / electrical / electronic systems issue and make corrective actions to resolve issues
• Assist production in day-to-day activities include assembly work, packing and washing
• To ensure the achievement of plant quality goals and objectives through quality production by optimized usage of resources
• Experience as Production Supervisor or similar role to perform and complete the assigned duties
• Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
• Able to start work at 6am
