• Design wide range of mechanical / structure / company’s product.
• Analyse and interpret design schematics.
• Direct accountability in managing individual efficiency and completion of work schedule.
• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss on their requirements in new project and/or project proposals.
• Research and develop new ideas and concept to enhance company’s performance and competitiveness.
• Work closely with various Departments to ensure timely deliverance of projects.
• Adhere to design and process system in accordance with ISO 9001 guidelines and to constantly monitor and upgrade our quality standards.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Good knowledge using 2D & 3D design software (Solidworks).
• Good communication skills, positive mind-set, hardworking and able to multi-task.

Job Description:

• Preparation of construction schedule, monitoring of production and subcontractor's work progress.
• Able to handle with technical method statement.
• Resolving of technical matters and geotechnical issue.
• Submission of progress claims & variation order.
• Cost control measures & wastage control.
• Arrange work progress records.
• Preparation & submission of relevant documents to contractors.
• Able to attend to contractors' queries and comments.
• Attending of site progress meeting.
• Coordinate with Professional Engineer (PE) for PE Endorsement which includes test pile, trench stability, working platform, COS & etc.
• Prepare official letter to Main-contractor to record standby period, EOT claims, variation order, obstruction record
• Summarize diaphragm walls and bored pile panel record.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant studies.
• Working experience in foundation works such as diaphragm walls and bored piles would be an advantage.
• Construction site working environment.

• Performing literature review and background study on collaborative AI
• Apply knowledge on foundation models to optimize training and inference processes
• Conduct experiments to compare with comprehensive baselines and validate results

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform picking and packing of cargoes according to packing list instructions
• Loading and unloading cargoes.
• To receive and check cargoes against packing list or import or export instructions or delivery orders.
• Perform and handle all cargoes with care and to report any damages, discrepancy, shortages immediately to the Supervisor.
• Perform inventory, data entry and stock take as instructed.
• Perform daily routine of forklift work if you possess valid forklift license and is authorized by your superior to do so.
• To ensure productivity and efficiency of work are manage and control.
• To upkeep and maintain the equipment in the warehouse
• To ensure that all cargo under your care are free from damage, loss and pilferage.
• To ensure and upkeep work area clean and debris free.
• To ensure and follow safety rules and procedures accordingly.
• And other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• N/O/Nitec/Higher Nitec
• PC literate knowledeable in Ms Excel & Ms Word
• Possess driving licence is an added advantage
• A good team player and able to work independently
• Able to work 5.5 days per week.
• Working hours:Mon-Fri:8.30am-5.30pm , Sat:8.30-12.30pm
