UWCSEA is seeking a passionate and committed Teacher of High School Economics and/or Business Management to join our Dover Campus in August 2025.

The successful candidate will primarily teach IB Diploma Economics (Grades 11 and 12) and/or IB Diploma Business Management, with opportunities to teach our bespoke UWCSEA Economics and Social Enterprise courses to students in Grades 9 and 10.

The Economics and Business Department is a large team composed of enthusiastic and dynamic teachers who work in a very well-resourced environment for learning. Teachers are actively engaging in resource development across each of the UWC courses. Person Specifications

• A degree in Economics/Business and a teaching qualification is a prerequisite.

• Extensive experience of teaching IBDP Economics and Business Management (or these subjects at a similar level) would be advantageous.
• Pastoral leadership of a mentor group in Grades 9-12.

• Academic expectations include enthusiastic participation in Professional Learning.
