Position Overview: The Quality Control Specialist for the central kitchen plays a pivotal role in ensuring the production of high-quality food products that meet established standards and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

6. Process Improvement: Provide input and suggestions for process improvement, and participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for kitchen staff on quality control procedures and best practices, ensuring all team members are aligned with quality standards.

8. Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP, by overseeing and validating sanitation and hygiene practices within the kitchen.

9. Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement and supplier teams to monitor the quality of incoming ingredients and packaging materials, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

10. Equipment Maintenance: Participate in the maintenance and calibration of quality control equipment and tools used in inspections and testing.
