• Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness of kitchen and any ad-hoc duties assigned
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in a kitchen area
• Ensure that food can be prepared in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure freshness of food items and discard expired/ spoilt items
• Observe food stock levels and place orders when necessary

Requirements:

• No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays

Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and dedicated Kitchen Crew members to help prepare, cook, and assemble pizzas and knots in our central kitchen. This involves preparing ingredients, cooking pizzas to order for Grab and other delivery platforms, and as we expand to new locations, having ingredients prepared for transport to said locations. This is a part time position, but as we are rapidly expanding in Singapore there will also be many opportunities within the business should you be interested in more! Currently, we are looking for employees who can work 15-20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, making dough, and assembling toppings.
• Assist in the cooking process, ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection.
• Work in a clean and organized environment, following all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly.
• Assist with stock control, including checking ingredient levels and notifying management when supplies are low.
• Follow recipes and portion control standards to maintain consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with other kitchen team members and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations.
