• Position Title: F&B Service Crew / Server x 3 pax
• Working Location: East - Parkway Parade (Nearest MRT: Marine Parade MRT) / Central – 313 Somerset (Nearest MRT: Somerset) / South – Anchorpoint (Nearest MRT: Queenstown) – Choose either one workplace
• Working Hours: 5.5 days – Parkway Parade & Anchorpoint: 10.30 am-9.30 pm, 313 Somerset: 12 pm-11pm (To be discussed)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2600 + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare work for Hall opening and closing operation hours
• Help customers settle down and advise on the ordering system
• Serve food to customers in an effective and polite manner
• Answering customer’s queries regarding services, menus, offers, or any other product-related enquiries
• Clean tables after customers have left and clear empty/unwanted dishes
• Assist kitchen staff whenever required
• Check & record fridge temperature
• Welcome and bid farewell to customers as they enter/ leave the restaurant
• Packing and labeling of products
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of shelves
• Organize & replace products on shelves
• Check and report on product expiry date
• Report any incident/accident, customer complaints, or feedback to the superior
• Maintain quality, excellent service & cleanliness at all times

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant operations during your shift in the restaurants in line with the Company’s business objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers enjoy their dining experience with us. This includes having excellent product knowledge that enables you to make wise suggestions to customers, whenever required. (Training provided)
• Work in a team with the back of house staff to attain high standards of product quality, service as well as health and safety.
• Ensure that all in-store facilities conform to sanitary regulations and to ensure strict compliance with MOH’s legislation and Company’s policies and procedures.
• Preparation of beverage and serving.
• Preparation for closing/opening, clean up and rearrange/replenishing set up.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by managers and supervisors.

Job responsibilities:

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans, and kitchen scales
• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Assign tasks to kitchen staff
• Do necessary preparation for daily specials items
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
• Monitor food stock and place orders
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
• improvise new recipes and innovative ingredients to cater to customers.
• Attend monthly review session with director
• Prepare monthly work review
• Constantly ensures that all products are fresh, all kitchen equipment are in order
• Ensure compliance with Halal certification requirement

requirements :

- Education is not limited, must have more than 5 years of work in the same position;

- Familiar with restaurant management and service knowledge, with skilled service skills;

- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards, is essential to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

- Knowledgeable in catering services and Halal Certifications: including food handling and sanitation standards, management of crew etc.

- Flexibility and Adaptability: The F&B industry often involves working in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment. Being able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, such as busy periods or unforeseen events, is important for success in this role.

- Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: F&B supervisors need to be highly organized to ensure smooth operations, maintain inventory, and handle scheduling. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills are valuable for addressing issues that may arise, such as equipment failures, staffing shortages, or customer complaints.
