Job Description:

• Support the crewing department in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties;
• Check that candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate or qualification documents);
• Prepare crew employment contracts, apply visa letter of guarantee and related travel & job requirements;
• Assist on travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crews including air tickets, visa application, hotel accommodation etc.;
• Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties;
• Assist in answering phone calls and attend to office guests;
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when required or assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum"N" level holders;
