Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in handling and managing customer visit experience.
2. Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety.
3. Assist in daily playground cleaning & hygiene related work.
4. Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage.
5. Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment.
6. Assist in planning of duty roster and cleaning schedule.
7. Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
8. Assist in managing & leading part time and junior service crew.
9. Support day to day admission check in/out process.
10. Support day to day event activities and performance.
11. Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
3. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.
4. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
6. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays.
7. Capability to stand/walk for extended periods.
8. Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
9. This is a FULL TIME position.

Qualifications Requirements:

1. At least GCE ‘N’/'O' Level Certificate.
