Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking motivated and experienced Crew Lead to join our indoor playgrounds in Singapore. As the Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your role will involve supervising, training, and providing guidance to the crew members to ensure quality work and exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage duty roster, cleaning schedule & plan for equipment upkeep.
- Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
- Manage service crew’s performance, develop training plan to ensure service excellent.
- Maintain floor order and manage customer traffic.
- Oversee and streamline all workflow, provide superior with feedback & suggestion to improve productivity.
- Attend and resolve customer problems, complaints, and service requests.
- Look after playground safeness and handle all accident and emergency issues.
- Undertake & execute special project assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.
- Experienced in a supervisory role within the childcare, recreational, or entertainment industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays.
- Capability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
- This is a FULL TIME position.

Qualifications Requirements:
1. Higher Diploma or above in Tourism and Hospitality or related disciplines.
