Part Time Service Crew

$12-$14/hr

Have to clock minimum of 28 hours, 4 days a week

Job Scope:

• Assist with daily operation;
• Work in a team along side Operational Manager;
• Serve customers orders
• Ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness of establishment;
• Follow food hygiene practices;
• Take orders from customers and ensure their needs are met;
• Check stocks and update stock list when needed;
• Will be taught simple mixing of drinks

Experience in similar working environment preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Preparation of food (e.g. bread, fried dough items, dim sum, desserts, fruits, snacks) and drinks (e.g. coffee, tea, soy milk)

*Ensure the food quality standard meets expectations consistently

*Prepare sufficiently before peak periods such as right stock levels for food and beverages

*Deliver high standards of Customer Service during order taking, cashiering, food presenting etc

*Serve customers with a smile

*Good personal hygiene and grooming

*Maintain a sanitary and clean work station and adhere strictly to food safety & hygiene practices

Attained food hygiene certificate will be an added advantage or training will be provided for those without the certificate

Responsibilities includes:

1. Responsible for the preparation of raw materials required for items on the menu
2. Ensure that all food preparation is carried out according to the Standard Recipes and Operating Procedures
3. Adhere to all statutory food hygiene and sanitation guidelines
4. Ensure regular maintenance of all kitchen equipment, machinery and accessories
5. Ensure all items prepared are done with the same level of quality and consistency
6. Assist in cooking and plating prepared items according to standards in the Kitchen Manual
7. Proper labelling of all food items after preparation, maintaining stock level of all products and ensure correct rotation by FIFO.

Requirements:

1. No prior working experience in the related field is required for this position
2. Able to commit shift, weekends and public holidays
3. Understanding of current SFA regulations, (hygiene and health, and safety legislations.
4. A team player with a positive attitude
5. Able to work under extreme pressure
6. Ability to delegate tasks.

**Salary commensurate with working experiences

Job Responsibilities

Delivery of either computer goods/utensils/food

Assist in inventory stock count

Supporting in documentation

In charge of EOS collections

Driving around different parts of Singapore

Gather feedback from customers or prospects

Assist in packaging and rearranging of stocks/boxes

To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when being required

Job Requirements

Good time management

At least 2 years of relevant field

Strong sense of responsibility

Either a Class 3 or 4 license
