Responsibilities

• Ensure food temperature stays safe.
• Prepare ingredients, wash vegetables, clean, cut, and assist the Chef.
• Monitor personal hygiene, uniform cleanliness, and workstation sanitation.
• Help with refrigerator cleaning and workstation setup.
• Understand the risks of contaminated food and manage mise-en-place in the fridge.
• Check and report equipment issues to supervisors

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:

b) Food Preparation & Hygiene

• Able to carry food ingredients/material from the 1st Level to

be brought up to 3rd floor.

• Able to manage the preparation of ingredients for lessons

such as the cutting, weighing and packing of ingredients

prior to lesson.

• Organise ingredients and equipment in the kitchen which

includes the repacking of ingredients into proper storage

areas (refrigerator, cupboards).

• Able to operate some of the kitchen and food science

equipment such as hand held blender, electric streamer,

rice cooker, stop watch, weighing scale etc.

• Prepare food and ingredients for lesson – common

ingredients to be placed on the centre table

• Any other duties related to food preparation and hygiene

c) Administrative duties

• Able to manage the process of accepting and verifying food

orders.

• Able to handle the updating of the available food supplies

to NFS teachers.

• Able to support all NFS teachers in the food lab(kitchen) at

all times (excluding lunch time & scheduled breaks)

• Managing documents such as checking food orders and

filing/labelling of receipt.

F&B - Assistant Outlet Manager(Kitchen Cook Operation)

Job Description

• Stir fry dishes according to company’s standards
• Take charge of daily operational matters to ensure smooth flow of operations
• Manage staff duty roster and assign duties
• Ensure staff compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Conduct orientation and training for new staff
• Order and manage inventory from suppliers
• Enforce good hygiene practices and upkeep cleanliness standards
• Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant F&B managerial experience
• Team player with good leadership and communication skills
• Able to strive in fast paced environment

Working Hours:

• 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays, totaling 42 hours per week.
• Work schedule will be assigned based on roster, with no flexibility in choosing shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all dishing activities comply with standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate and fulfill special requests to meet the specific needs of patients.
• Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene and HACCP standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Primary School education.
• Certification in Basic Food Hygiene.
• Ability to work in a cold room or kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food production and preparation processes.
