Part-time positions:
Working Location: Media Circle
Work Timing: Mon - Fri (8am - 3pm); $ 1700 // Mon - Thu (11am - 3pm) $800; Permanent weekend and PH off

OR

Full-time positions:
Work Timing: Mon - Fri (9.30am - 8.30pm), Permanent weekend and PH off
Salary: $ 2300 - $ 3000

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Cook with the preparation of ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
• Cooking rice, plating of food for counter service, as well as washing of used containers.
• Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
• Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
• It will be a 70% kitchen works and 30% over-the-counter service during lunch time like 11am - 2pm.

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant experience with knife skills, the volume for cutting of meat is quite a lot.

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our kitchen:

• Assist in the preparation of food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions
• Prepare and cook food in all areas of the kitchen as and when directed
• Able to deliver food items on time with consistent standard & presentations
• Coordinate food production, stock and quality
• Ensure station is organized so that meals go out on time and the work area remains clean and orderly
• Constantly check the quality of food prepared with regards to taste and temperature according to the company standard
• Monitor and fully implement the portion control established with the recipes to reduce spoilage and wastage
• Oversee the cleanliness of kitchen, the equipment, work stations and environment.

Requirement

• At least 1-2 year experience
• Prefer to Have Food Hygiene Cert
• Commitment to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Motivated team player, good communication skills.
