Assistant / Contracts Manager
Job Summary:
- Resolve contractual disputes and investigate/resolve complaints
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers on project requirements
- Oversee planning and execution to optimize resources and manpower
- Administer main contract and provide QS support (valuation, variation works, budgeting, cost control, claims, contract payments)
- Prepare tender and contract documents, analyze costings, and advise on contractual claims and procurement strategy
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in residential and industrial projects
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical, Singapore health and safety rules, and software tools for costing and budgeting
- Organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail and adaptability
