Job Responsibilities:
•Participate in the company's strategic planning and goal formulation, and provide strategic guidance for the company's future development;
•Participate in the negotiation and communication of important customers, establish and maintain good customer relationships, ensure that customer needs are met in a timely manner, and continuously improve the quality of customer service.
•Participate in market research and competitive analysis, and provide advice on market development;
•Assist the general manager in making decisions and participate in the discussion and implementation of major decisions;
•Assist the general manager in the integration and allocation of resources to ensure the rational use of resources;
•Assist the general manager to explore new business areas and markets.
Job Requirements:
•Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, business or other related discipline.
•Minimum eight (8) years of working experience in the related field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, consultative selling skills and negotiation skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills.
•Good ability to present information for management reporting.
•Goal-orientated with entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills and decision-making abilities.
