Main Responsibilities:

• Overviewing existing fleet, assisting in developing future fleet, overview of construction and review of various business cases.
• In-depth knowledge of modern engine technology, BOG management systems and cargo handling systems.
• Experienced in terminal assessments and vetting for allowing trading flexibility of the fleet.
• Communicate with Owners, Charterers and internally as required and to act as the lead focal point for technical matters.

Experience:

Should have 10+ years from the shipping industry, at least 5 years with LNG with oil major or charterer, with background as a Class I Chief Engineer and technical superintendent. Registered as a Chartered Marine Engineer with IMarEST would be preferable. LNG Newbuilding Experience with and relation with S. Korean Yards will be considered a plus.

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our bespoke tech development solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the IT landscape, a strong track record in sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and positioning our development services as essential solutions for client needs.

• Establish the sales department for the company including crafting the sales proposition, establishing our sales process and building a sales team
• Grow your portfolio of accounts through relationship building and leveraging industry contacts to establish strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers to sell our solutions to the target customer base.
• Have a strong understanding of the latest technology trends and business needs of clients, thus being able to coordinate across functional teams to bring the right winning team to drive successful solutions and contract closure;
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by identifying new business opportunities, securing deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality products and services provided by Undercurrent.
• Participate in crafting value propositions, preparing proposals, and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on client interactions, sales activities, and general market trends during weekly sales meetings.

We Would Love To Hear From You If You Have:

• Possess at least a Diploma with a background in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• Min. 5 years of sales experience within the IT Services industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
• Strong knowledge/ interested of IT products and solutions in Information Technology
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation and deal maker skills
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders preferred
• Dynamic and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

• Responsible for fixed assets management, controls and reporting
• Responsible for the expense reimbursement and payment requisition
• Monitor expense account and expense trend analysis
• Assist in preparation of expense budgeting for the Bank, review the actual performance versus budget, perform monthly cost variance analysis and provide recommendations
• Participate in procurement process, preparation of various procurement reports and documents in an accurate and timely manner
• Other ad-hoc tasks and project assigned

Requirements

1. A recognized university degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or relevant professional qualifications
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Fixed Assets Management / Cost Management / Management Reporting role in financial services industry
3. Detail-oriented, analytical, able to work independently
4. Possess good communication, interpersonal relationship and negotiation skills
5. Strong command of Excel ad Access will be an added advantage
6. Proficiency in Chinese is essential as incumbent is required to write and understand documents in Chinese.
