They are seeking a client-focused Resource Service Delivery Manager to oversee Manpower Augmentation services. This role ensures efficient delivery of client’s Project manpower needs while upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of highly skilled talents in alignment with client requirements.
• Act as the project owner, providing reports on SLA performance, employee performance, project challenges, and potential improvement solutions.
• Ensure the seamless deployment of talents to support client projects while adhering to policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with in-house recruiters to optimize hiring strategies and meet manpower demands within deadlines.
• Lead end-to-end staff augmentation services, ensuring contracted SLA fulfilment, operational excellence, and efficient resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their manpower needs and project goals are fully understood and achieved.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular performance reviews and proactive issue resolution. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain client satisfaction.
• Provide clients with regular updates and insights on talent performance and project progress.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Lead and coordinate HR operations for deployed resources, including contracts, payroll, compliance, and grievance resolution.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to uphold high standards of service delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and overall satisfaction to ensure client success.
• Provide monthly service performance reporting and ensure P&L accountability, including invoicing accuracy and collections.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, resourcers, and HR operations staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Set clear performance goals for the team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Guide junior on-site team leads to deliver services that meet or exceed expectations.
• Manage talent retention, deployment, and transitions as required.
• Champion professional development and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics for deployed resources and team operations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to internal stakeholders and clients on resource utilization, project outcomes, and areas for improvement.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting (covering both clients and employees) on service metrics, performance, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field, with over 10 years of experience in IT outsourcing and at least 3 years in direct team management.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 (certification preferred) and PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proven experience working in a matrix environment and managing partnership relationships.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to maintain a balanced perspective to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage insolvency and restructuring engagements such as liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, special accountant, debt restructuring and bankruptcy work

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applicants by conducting in-depth credit assessments and analysing financial stability, repayment capacity, and overall creditworthiness.
• Maintain a proactive approach to addressing credit risks and delinquencies by implementing suitable remedial actions when necessary.
• Build strong relationships with SME clients, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed effectively.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including credit analysts and legal staff, to ensure accurate and timely loan documentation and processing.
• Develop tailored financial solutions by gaining a thorough understanding of clients' industries, market trends, and unique business needs.
• Identify and source new lending opportunities within the SME segment through lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Oversee a portfolio of SME loans, monitoring repayment behavior, compliance with agreements, and overall loan performance.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, assisting with documentation preparation and ensuring a smooth approval and disbursement experience.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in business development for SME Loans in a financial institution or broker.
• Proven success in managing SME loan portfolios, achieving lending targets, and mitigating credit risks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
