Reporting to the Project Director, you shall manage the entire effort for construction execution of the FPSO from selection of donor vessel to commissioning and acceptance by the Client. Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following job scope:

• Support Project Director by providing required inputs and experience to set the project execution priorities and identify the resources required, deployment schedule and qualification thereof;
• Support Project Director in developing the control budget, identification of risks in execution and meeting the budget, procedures for mitigation of risks and controlling the budget;

BW Group is seeking an SOX Manager to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure internal controls are effectively designed and operating efficiently.
