Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team, working closely with the Senior Product Manager on strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution. This role will support product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals, and contribute to continuous product improvement. Responsibilities

Product Planning and Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to refine and execute the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with market needs and business objectives.

Feature Definition and Prioritization: Assist in defining, prioritizing, and detailing product features and requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

User Research and Feedback Analysis: Work with the Senior Product Manager to gather and analyze user feedback and market research, ensuring insights inform product decisions and enhancements.

User Experience: Act as the voice of the customer. Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct customer research, and work with design to deliver exceptional user experiences. Continuously improve product features and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives and timely delivery of features.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably as part of a collaborative product team.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Proven experience in building product roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering products that meet market needs.

Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data and customer insights to drive product decisions.

Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma).

Rise Kids and Teens is looking for an assistant therapy centre manager to help with the busy day to day running of our childrens therapy clinic. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar setting preferred and familiarity with Plato software beneficial. Must be able to problem solve on the spot while helping to create a welcoming environment for our clients to come to. This will be a front of house position welcoming clients and scheduling our therapists. Knowledge of the different therapy offerings is essential.
