4. Duties during school holidays and events

• Clean and maintain the lab inventory and equipment, report any defects to materials.
• Maintain equipment and utensils of workstations in both Food Laboratories during school holidays and special events stated below:

1. GCE O level and N level practical examinations Staff sharing on cooking
2. Inter-class competition
3. Ad-hoc school programme that requires usage of food lab
